Yo....just wanted to pass the word along that we're starting a local show on 98.9 The Bear. We're taking submissions now. It'll air every Monday night at 11p. Feel free to submit the following: Broadcast quality C.D., Bio, Website (if applicable), and upcoming Gig schedule to: 98.9 The Bear-Local Licks, 1005 Production Road, Ft. Wayne, IN 46808.

This will be starting soon, but we've yet to commit to an exact date.

yay! local mania!!! you guys should throw an all ages show to promote your new radio show. that would be swell... and hey that one station plays two local "hip hop" groups' stuff so... WOW possible 3 stations that might care slightly about the local music scene. weeeeeee!!!! throw some shows bitches you got more loot than i do or i'd do it myself. i'll work the door.

Local Licks will start airing on Monday January 9th......

heh - kev - give him a chance - he's doing a good job

is good feedback. whether it's what I want to hear or not.

this show isn't about me, it's about being a useful tool or resource for local bands to be heard by people who normally may not get a chance to hear them.

I'm sure Matt did a good job when he was handling the local show.....

I'm really impressed by the talent pool around here, all genres........

YEEEHAWWWW!!! Local Buttrock? Call Mad Dog, Skull, and Cousin Earl and tell them that I bet them a case of PBR and a new socket set that this show will be ROKKEN!!

If this show doesn't rock then I will shave off my mullet with a bandsaw and stop screwing my sister.....well...I will definitely cut my mullet, let's not go overboard with the whole sister thing.
