Do you mean Jason challenging ZIPPY the Pinhead, that lovable philosophizing clown from the comic strips?
I don't think that Jason has the intellectual fortitude to withstand Zippy's existential angst-ridden musings for long. He would be an emotional pretzel writhing on the ground in a fetal position crying for his lost dog and his third grade teacher within a few minutes. . .

PINHEADDDDD!!!
Jason is this water logged, squishy, fish chewed thing that walks around killing people... When one of my fish dies(which is rare, but happens) and sits a day before I notice it, it has about the same appearance has Jason.. & I dont think that its gonna get up and start on a killing spree.
PLUS... Jason drowned as a KID... how'd he grow? I wasnt aware dead tissue could grow nor dead cells could divide/multiply. Just seemed stupid to me....all they'd have needed to do was somehow dehydrate him & that would be the end of Jason.
Now PINHEAD.. on the other hand.. ::skin crawls:: Is hell itself..torture.. hate.. Look at the pain he endured at his death. the dead sorrow laden memories he carries... the guy is tormented..look where he resides. & the people he hangs out with. With a crew like that..man, I wouldnt mess w/him! PLus.. he is TERRIFYING! He can mess with your head..get in your mind n shiz. He's practically Satan's right hand man! The keeper of Pandora's Box..can create dimensional rifts..take things to hell with him..transform his surroundings.. PINHEAD WINS!
