Yeah, i think he is 19 in that video. Right now he is 21 and even bigger, he can so beat my ass.

It takes a LOT of hard work, discipline, and sacrifice to get anywhere near that state though. It also requires a degree of intelligence to understand the whole process and can involve creative thought to invent new exercises or ways to exercise to target certain muscles or muscle groups. Though I'm one of the flabbiest fat asses on this board, I've been a weightlifter before. . .and it's a lot of hard work. I respect what they do and their devotion to it.

It is a lot of hard work and it takes a lot of time.
Much like learning an instrument, but thats lame imo......
