I think it is in Monroeville, and I believe they are still part of Allen County.

I am not sure if I am buying the coroners ruling on this one.

They are saying he was riding a bike and then somehow accidentally drowned in a water filled ditch.

I think you have about a 50% chance of getting away with it. I saw some numbers back in January saying that in the past 6 years only 80 of 152 murders have been solved.
