Toscani's has good food but is a HORRIBLE place to work. The owner is a d*ck to all of his employees and a womanizer.

I think its more accurate for you to say you don't like supporting when you are aware of it...as I am sure you are supporting many other companies with your money, that have probably done much worse...its just you don't know about it.
