The way mother nature has been shitting all over the place and you can't tell me that something is going on.

New Orleans, tsunamis killings hundreds of thousands....

SNOW in April.

Tell me nothing is going on.

Do a history check...the amount of hurricanes in the last 10 years is nothing extraordinary compared to some decades earlier in the past 100 years. New Orleans was destroyed because they built a city in a stupid place to build a city. The same thing will probably happen again. I find it funny though that Katrina has been the poster child of Global Warming. haha.

Tsunamis have nothing to do with the climate. Plate shifting, is what causes tsunamis.

Snow in April happens, as it has in May.

Maybe something is going on, but it had nothing to do with these things.

That's pretty much what Pat Robertson said after Katrina. Just replace "Mother Nature" with "loving God". :)

So, we're going to trust the same meteorologists who can't accurately predict Scranton's weather for tomorrow to give us accurate information about the global tempature in 15 years?????? The same people about whom we joke "Partly Sunny" means it's going to rain all day, "Mostly Sunny" means it's going to rain 1/2 the day and "Mostly Cloudy" means 115 in the shade without a cloud in sight? We're going to trust the same instrumentation they use to accurately tell us what it's going to be like in 5 years, let alone 15, 20, 25, 50?????

I'm buying an H2 as soon as I can afford one.

What is the advantage in denying we are forking up the planet?

No advantage, which puts me in a better spot than most. I have nothing to gain from my beliefs which makes them more believable. Unlike Al Gore, who is profiting hugely from this, that make me weary.

Umm, to rationalize one's self-delusion to avoid the effects of hypocrisy and protect a pretense of virtue?
