anderson created the whats in yer cd player now? thread ... and while searching for the album cover of what im listening to it occured to me that it might be kinda rad to create a thread for what folks are watching ... interesting - informative - irritating
if yer watching it - let it be known!

Saw that tripe last year. If you like crazed hippies talking about "energy" and the like, have at it.
I respect the folks that were scientifically trying to prove that the brain has the power, using postive thought alone, to do tremendous things for our bodies.
I wouldn't call it a documentary so much as a commercial for the power of thought.

damn! you guys are making feel better about fort wayne!
the only thing in tha playa right now is Zoolander. But soon there will be guest-appearances by:
Mr. Show
The Ben Stiller Show
Lost Boys of Sudan
1984
Anchorman (it's been WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY too long since I've seen this)
BY THE WAY: what do all ya'll think of Lost Boys of Sudan? I remember recommending that in a thread a few days ago. I saw it at Key Cinemas in Indy and it totally bummed me out. I couldn't wrap my head around the potential lessons to be learnt. I figured out a couple, but it's been a struggle. (Much like the movie Crumb.)
and Massage Board on What the Bleep: While I thoroughly enjoyed the movie, I completely agree with you. It's too anthropocentric and masturbatorial. Some of the claims are downright ridiculous. I did manage to procure two books by two of the interviewees, so we'll see how that goes. Quantum Theory alone is pretty insane. I recommend "Introducing Quantum Theory" - the only comic book that will ever really really really stump you.

I don't think many people liked this one, but I loved it.
The opening scene clinched it for me.
