FortWayneMusic.com is releasing a promotion pack that is free of charge to Non-Profit/Charity (NPC) events. We understand the need to promote these events as inexpensively as possible. So we decide to help out as much as we can by setting aside one of our Advertising slots for such events. Please read over the details and contact Al Quandt at support@alanquandt.com |

How it works.
We will allocate one advertising slot for NPC events. Our advertising space is limited so this opportunity is only available to one event at a time. In order to assure that there is space available for as many events as possible; the ad will only run 1 week prior to the event. We will also run a story about the event that will be located in 2 areas of FortWayneMusic.com.
If eligible for the NPC Sponsorship Package you will initially receive a teaser write-up on the right sidebar of the FortWayneMusic.com Home Page. This will contain a link for more information that will lead the viewer to the NPC Sponsored Events Page where a full description of the event is located.
Once the event is 1 week away we will run the story on the front page in the Main Content section (located on the left of the Home Page)*. This will run along with the Banner Ad in the header of every page of FortWayneMusic.com.
In return for the advertising we ask that you include our name and/or logo (when appropriate) on all publications associated with the event. Our logo will be provided in a format needed in order to fit the publication.
Who is Eligible?
You must be a Non-Profit organization that is holding an event that is entirely for charity**. You must prove that you are a Non for Profit Organization as well.
If you are not a Not for Profit Organization; you must provide us with enough information to prove that the event is legit. We reserve the right to cancel our services at any time if we feel that the event does not qualify as a Charity.
What we Need.
If your event qualifies for the NPC Sponsorship Program we will need the following items from you before we start the promotion.
- Graphic Banner Ad – This image must be produced by the organization. FortWayneMusic.com does not offer the ad design. If you would like us to design the ad, standard design charges will apply. This ad must be 425 x 60px and must be saved as either a JPG or GIF. All images must meet the TOS.
- Story – The organization must provide the entire write up about the event. This can be as detailed as you desire. Common elements of this story should be (not limited to) Time/Date, Location, list of performers, story about the charity, exc.

*Event may not take precedence over FWM announcements. If FWM has an important announcement a teaser will appear at the top of the page with a link to the full story at underneath the FWM announcement.
** The event proceeds must (outside of event expenses) completely go to the object of charity.
